The AI 50 is an intermittent cartoner designed to handle a wide range of carton formats allowing a gentle product loading at medium-low speed.
Thanks to a tailor-made infeed system, chocolate (or nougat) tablets in pillow bags are synchronized and placed into the pockets of the cartoner infeed conveyor. A linear servo pusher provides gentle product introduction and easy access from the operator side. Touch screen controls deliver ease of use and step by step changeover for reliable and repeatable operations.
According to the products specifications and carton dimension sizes, the AI models ensure speed up to 70 boxes/minute. with glue (or tuck-in) flap closing.
