EURO 88 HSF

The HSF Feeding & Timing system is available in the following configurations:

• HSF4: designed to receive medium or large products. It is composed of 4 belts individually servo-driven. Mainly suitable for wrapping snacks, bars, chocolate and soaps at medium speed;
• HSF from 7 to 9: high performance version designed to receive small, medium or large products. It can be composed of 7,8 or 9 individually servo-driven belts by brushless motors. Mainly suitable for wrapping “difficult” products such as nougats, healthy sticky bars, sponge cakes, jellies, enrobed bars, biscuits, wafers, thin products and many more at high speed. It avoids any friction between products themselves and between products and belts. If required, by parameter setting, it can also avoid any contact between products. Designed to receive short-side leading products, placed in single lane, the EURO 88 HSF8 can reach a speed up between 800-1000 ppm;
• HSF Double Lane: designed to receive two equal parallel flows of products. Available in 3+3 belts and 6+6 individually servo-driven belts.
