A wide assortment of product types and shapes, such as bags, cartons and wrap packaging, can be boxed in various wrap-around cartons style. Regardless of whether the contents each product is carefully and securely packed.

By means of suitable loading devices, pre-packed products are fed to a vertical track collation system which receives the products flat and transports them standing thanks to the specific design. Once extracted from the collation unit, the grouping is positioned on the tray blank (or wrap-around), the carton is folded around the entire assembly and secured with hot melt glue.

Alternatively, a dedicated modular unit provides to place and fold the lid over the products and close it with hot melt glue (shelf ready packaging).
