The CV design is modular and the output of the line is scalable: with a flexible number of pick and place robots, the required packaging quantity can be achieved as needed. The position of the candies flowpack on the belt is an important information that the vision system recognises and passes to the delta robots. Thanks to this consolidated and proved technology the system is able to accurately control and hold the products by vacuum cup end effectors ensuring gentle handling at high speed.

The CV is entirely guarded by full size transparent panels interlocked with safety switches in order to meet CE requirements.
