Flexibility
FLEX-WF is a simple and fast wrapping machine with a very quick format changeover. It can handle the same range of packets as the FLEX-A family, including all the different special packs, and is equipped with all the features required by the tobacco industry: tear-tape application and registration, printed poly centering, poly code printing, heating belt for film shrinking and camera controls for packet quality.
The wrapper can be combined as a stand-alone unit with upstream and downstream machines manufactured by other suppliers.

| The machines that are composing the packaging line can be equipped with systems that reduce the energy consumption (Power supply, compressed air and vacuum) through sensors that recognize the inactivity of the machine and automatically insert the “standby” mode. | FLEX WF is able to wrap not only polypropylene but, with some small modifications, it can handle also paper based materials with sealable lacquers in the usual welding areas. |
