Developed in 1984, ROTO CUBE is the benchmark for single-pot granulation. Accurate detection of the wet granulation end-point, tilting bowl and gas stripping (GA.ST.) during vacuum drying all ensure highly efficient processes and premium quality granules.

ROTO CUBE allows in-containment processing of any type of formula, from the loading of raw powders to the discharge of dry milled granules, carried out in a single, completely sealed bowl. This all-in-one granulation solution eliminates contact between product, operator and environment.

ROTO CUBE Highlights

Suitable to work in high containment: product transfers and surfaces in contact with the product are significantly reduced.

Dust-free process, safe use of solvents and reduced risk of contamination.

Tilting bowl increases surface available for heat exchange, avoids product sticking, thus shortening the drying time.

GA.ST. system to enhance vacuum drying by injecting an inert gas through the product mass.

In-line dry milling provides granules ready for sachets, tablets or capsules.
ROTO CUBE is particularly suitable for granulation of HAPI due to its compact design and working principles. Product yield is maximised reducing product transfers and facilitating cleaning operations.

ROTOLAB is a laboratory scale single-pot processor for R&D purposes, such as formulation and scale-up studies to support technology transfer and easily meet production requirements.
