COMPRIMA is based on an innovative system for powder feeding. The powder is fed thanks to the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the turret, ensuring accurate feeding of the dies without the risk of powder mix segregation. Centrifugal die filling guarantees maximum production speeds, even with oblong or shaped tablets.

COMPRIMA Highlights

Accurate feeding of the dies through specially shaped radial channels: the powder is always contained in a closed path, minimising product loss.

Isolation of the processing area, thanks to the use of seals and bellows: no risk of powder contamination.

Clean In Place system for a fully automatic and validatable cleaning cycle.

Available for high containment (OEL 5) thanks to isolation technology and glove ports.
Sealed doors and negative pressure inside the processing area ensure both operators’ and environmental safety.
At the end of WIP for Health & Safety decontamination, COMPRIMA can perform a fully automatic cleaning cycle.
