BETA Series vertical sachet packaging machines for 4-seal sachets can handle all types of product from paste products to fluid products, powders, free and non free flowing products, objects and accessories such as wipes. Multiple dosing systems can be installed for alternative productions and, in case of powder packaging, it is also possible to have a double auger to dose different powders into the same sachet.
High quality and aesthetically first-class sachets are produced as the seals are made during the stationary phase.

The machine is divided into two modules:

• A linear module which includes the following production functions: sachet vertical sealing,

coding, corners rounding, film pulling and single sachet cutting.

• A rotating module which includes 8 stations to dose one or more products and subsequent

sachet sealing. With this configuration, dosing is performed away from the sealing areas where

the temperature is high, so there is no risk of product heating.

This structure allows extreme compactness even if different dosing systems are installed.

MARK II GLOVE & SPA is a full automatic machine, from unwinding to sachet closing, for disposable gloves and facial masks shaped for Beauty & Personal care market.
Suitable for any sachet, the process output is, by choice, dry or wet (pre-lotioned).

This machine is equipped with full high-speed rotary cutting blades, with precise trim removal and embedded transfer drum. The system for unwinding and managing the sheets allows the MARK II precise processing, also thanks to a vacuum conveyor belt for better product handling.
The innovative technology enclosed in this converter, makes possible to adjust and fill the necessary cream quantity for each product directly in the sachet.

A module to run biogel is also available.
The ultrasonic sealing automation speeds up the process by minimizing the use of hot melt adhesive. The MARK II is completely cantilevered for easy access and cleaning, Pharma GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards and sanitary design to minimize product contamination risks are always granted.

Ideal for packaging products such as pharmaceutical items, the machine is suitable for different production needs.  Equipped with a horizontal case magazine for easy loading, the machine keeps the case erect during product insertion with the aid of suction cups fitted to the pick-up and forced opening arms. All the parts of the machine can be reached from the operator’s side without having to walk to the opposite side to reach the carton stacking unit. The machine can be fitted with the following optional groups and features: case overturning, product tracking and camera detection devices, integrated labellers and markers, and can also be fully servo-driven.
The CP Series is available in 2 different versions:

CP18: extremely compact footprint
CP28: able to absorb high incoming speeds thanks to the pre-stacking unit
