SMART CUP is a continuous motion FFS machine based on a rotary platform providing maximum flexibility with regards to cup shape and size. The rotary design provides time for filling and time for sealing, which cannot be achieved on an indexing machine.

SMART CUP is a continuous motion form, fill and seal machine based on a rotary platform providing maximum flexibility with regards to cup shape and size. The rotary design provides time for filling and time for sealing, which cannot be achieved on an indexing machine.

Smart Cup uses a TOKEN at the start of the process, so there is no need for a punching tool. This leads to a drastic reduction in maintenance costs. The token can be made of any thermoforming material: PS, PP, PET, PLA, Multilayer.

As the process starts from a pre-punched token, the shrinkage effect makes no difference for Smart Cup. By combining the cost effectiveness of FFS with the exceptional flexibility of FS, Smart Cup represents an inspiring solution for the Dairy & Food Industries.
