Due to the Global structure of the IMA Group and the increasing complexity of the rules that regulate the international handling of workers, the foreign HR Office has been recently established whose activities aim to encourage the integration process of foreign companies into the italian group leader, thanks to a work of sharing information, critical issues and processes aimed at continuous, mutual and joint improvement.
The office activity is mainly based on three fronts: the first relates to the quarterly collection of heads and personnel costs in order to monitor the trend and the reconciliation with the finance data as well as to contribute to the preparation of the notes to the consolidated financial statements for the year.
The second takes care of all the bureaucratic issues related to the international mobility of the workers, leaving and entering Italy, both posting and away, and which relate to contributory, remunerative, insurance and permits aspects.
The third front focuses on company/employee litigation cases in the Group’s foreign offices, as well as spreading culture and updating on contractual, fiscal and employment law aspects in Italy and abroad.
Thanks to the daily discussion with colleagues in foreign companies, the circulation of the best practices and the availability of shared solutions to problem already faced by others is becoming a positive reality.
