Alberto Vacchi, Chairman of IMA, commented:
“We are very pleased to have joined Symbola, confirming the importance that the Group gives to the culture of quality. When we joined, we sponsored Symbola’s Italy 2017 report on the geography of Made in Italy, and now we are honoured to host the presentation of the GreenItaly report. For IMA, given that we are involved in a process of growth based on innovation, qualified opportunities for comparison are of great importance. I am sure that the challenges that we will have to face for full implementation of IMA Digital, our strategy for 4.0, also as regards the world of work, will find a reference model in the Italian ideas that Symbola brings together, also for the international scenarios in which we operate”.
“We are very proud that a champion of Made in Italy like IMA has joined Symbola, which reinforces the Foundation’s mission”
said Symbola’s General Secretary, Fabio Renzi:
“In this way, Symbola is enriched by the contribution of a company that represents the strengths of Made in Italy today: innovation, tailor-made products, sustainability, competitiveness, ability to stay in global markets, strong relationships with territories and communities, care for human capital. The Italian way to Industry 4.0”.
Symbola – Foundation for Italian Quality, founded in 2005, promotes a new quality-oriented model of development: the soft economy, including tradition, territory, technological innovation and research, which combines competitiveness and enhancement of human capital, economic development and respect for the environment and human rights, productivity and social cohesion.
