The Fusion Plus technology provides an advanced solution to the long-standing problem of stoppered vials “sticking” to the underside of product shelves. Thanks to its patented surface treatment that eliminates sticking stoppers, Fusion Plus technology avoids any potential disruption of the vial pack and allows for automated vial unloading from freeze dryer.
QUANTUM is a non-invasive technique capable of performing quantitative real-time process relevant measurements.
A multipurpose device designed for use in pharma freeze dryers, it detects contaminants and process gases at concentrations down to ppm levels. Not only does this allow for silicone oil detection and for non-aqueous solvent detection, but QUANTUM can also be used as a system leak detection tool and as a process analytical tool for scale-up and development studies. C350 is a compact flat forming, rotary sealing blister packing machine with flexibility of various cutting ratios. C350 is built as per GMP guidelines with possibility of downstream automation. Machine is capable to handle forming material – PVC, PVC/PVDC, PVC/PE/PVDC, ACLAR, PP and lidding material- ALU, Paper foil laminate, CR Material, PP. On customers request Machine can also handle various optional features.
The design of C102 is characterized by a balcony style structure which also allows a customization of the feeding area depending on the product to pack. Furthermore the linear work flow of the material allows an easy forming material introduction each change-over. The machine is extremely simple to use for semi-skilled operators too. Despite its simplicity, it’s an ideal tray forming machine with attractive speed flexible for the packaging of syringes, ampoules, vials, small cosmetic products, solid forms etc. The machine has got an optional feature of robotic feeding and a highly reliable link up arrangement with labeler.
