Vegatronic 2000 Open Frame Overview

One of the most innovative solutions available from Ilapak is the Vegatronic 2000 Open Frame, an intermittent vertical form fill seal machine for the primary and secondary packaging.

Ideal to run a wide variety of pack styles including Doy packs, four and transverse zipper bags for coffee products such as beans, powders, granules and capsules for secondary packaging.

The hygienic open frame design allows to perform an easy monitoring of all machine components , an easy access for maintenance and a fast change-over of the forming tube and film reels.

The Vegatronic 2000 OF can be integrated with dosing systems such as auger fillers, multi-head weighers and linear weighers or also with One-way degassing valve applicators (button-type or label-type).

The high pressure on horizontal sealing jaws guarantees hermeticity of bags produced by 2000 OF machine.
