Fully synchronised for accurate assembly routines

Available in a variety of sizes and complete with a library of standard proven process modules to hand, the ROTARY MED high-volume indexing dial chassis boasts hundreds of successful applications, thanks to its proven reliable technology.

Also featuring a patented fixture ring to keep rotational inertia to a minimum, the indexing ring is driven by a single motor keeping all working stations in full synchronisation.

A pre-bored main tooling plate offers flexibility, so stations can be moved easily from one position to the next.
