STEPHAN MACHINERY
, part of IMA INDUSTRIES, exhibited some innovative machines of the UNIVERSAL MACHINE RANGE which handle almost all the tasks involved in the production of processed cheese, convenience products and confectionary: from mixing and chopping, emulsifying and vacuum deaeration to heating and cooling.

On display was the STEPHAN UMC 5 (batch size up to 2.5 ltr.), the STEPHAN UM 12 (batch size up to 12 ltr.) and the STEPHAN UM 24 (batch size up to 18 ltr.) which are particularly suitable for R&D applications and small capacity productions. Typical applications are chocolate fillings, pharmacy, cosmetics, dressings and mayonnaise.

For applications like dressings and chocolate fillings the STEPHAN UM 74 (batch size up to 55 ltr.) is a reliable choice and will be exhibited equipped with a double jacket for heating and cooling.
